Ingredients
To make the filling

can sweet potatoes, drained and mashed

cup
granulated sugar

eggs
1/2
cup
evaporated milk

tsp
pumpkin pie spice

tsp
salt

tbsp
unsalted butter

tsp
vanilla extract
For the topping

cup
brown sugar
1
tsp
pumpkin pie spice
1/2
cup
all-purpose flour
1
cup
chopped pecans or walnuts
1/2
cup
melted unsalted butter

tsp
vanilla extract
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350
In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine all filling ingredients
Pour into a prepared baking dish & set aside
In a medium bowl combine the topping ingredients. Crumble over top of potato mixture.
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until mostly set. It will be a little jiggly in the center when done, but will firm as it cools.
