can crushed tomatoes

kosher salt, or to taste
Instructions
In a small sauce pan on medium heat sauté the garlic in the olive oil for one minute, or until very lightly toasted.
Combine all remaining ingredients and bring to a low simmer. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Use to top your favorite pizzas.
Store any remaining sauce in the refrigerator for one week, or freeze to enjoy later.
