When heated up and topped with Greek yogurt, this breakfast berry crumble is a delicious start to the day! While our favorite version includes mixed berries, it’s also excellent when made with just blueberries or raspberries.
In our house this delicious and nutritious smoothie is commonly and affectionately referred to as “banana shmoo”. We are not quite sure where the name originated, but whenever someone makes it, we ask one another if anyone wants any “shmoo”. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
