Mango Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mango puree
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 to 2 dashes cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp Worcester sauce
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce
- 1 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- Blend to combine.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
Notes
If you cannot find mango puree, you can thaw frozen mango chunks and puree.
