My all time favorite food! I even eat it for breakfast 🙂 If I were to recommend any recipe in the world, this would be it!Â
Crockpot Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients:
3 lbs beef round steak cut into 1” cubes (I use about 2 lbs instead)
2 medium onions, sliced and cut into pieces
1 10.75 oz can beef broth
1 can of mushrooms, drained (optional)
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp ground mustard
1 cup sour cream
1 1/4 cups flour
Directions:
Place beef in a gallon bag, coat with the flour and mustard seasoning. I add 1/4 tsp of salt and some pepper.Â
Shake until well coated. Place beef mixture into crock pot and stir in onions, beef broth and mushrooms.
