Ingredients:
3/4-1 lb pork, cut into bite sized pieces (I also use chicken, as in the photo above)
4 cloves of garlic, minced
vegetable oil
1/2 C soy sauce (I recommend lower sodium. otherwise this gets salty)

Ingredients:
2 pork chops (I 3 since they were small-ish)
2 tsp. herbs de Provence
salt and pepper
2 tsp. olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
