I’m Laura. I’m married to a wonderful man, Brian, and Mom to Rebecca and Madeline.
Back in September of 2008 I decided I needed to figure out this whole cooking thing once and for all. I was tired of my every cooking experience ending with me wailing “I’m so awful at this!” I started the blog as a way to save recipes that I could actually master.
A year and a half later I’ve improved drastically and have made some really amazing food. I look forward to seeing where this whole adventure takes me!
